The Duralon Blue coating is rated at 9H hardness, which is extremely strong and has high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and acid, meaning it won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer. Additionally, Duralon Blue promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more, which penetrates food from inside and outside, leaving it moist and flavorful.
Every frying pan is bonded and reinforced with an anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom, making it induction ready and delivering fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature. These pans are also safe for use on all cooktops, including electric and gas stoves, and are oven-safe up to 500°F for seamless transition from stove to oven.
